Thanatophobia
Thanatophobia is commonly referred to as the fear of death. More specifically, it can be a fear of death or a fear of the dying process. I've made this prototype for the UJI Game Jam and didn't finish for personal reasons.
There is no sound, music, enemies, dialog or history, just movement and graphics. You move with the WASD keys.

Want to know how you made that pixelart effect, i simply love it
It was kinda weird to make, it's a two camera setup with a image texture. One camera pick the gameplay image and put on a image texture. You now have to lower the image resolution and put another camera on orthographic to film the texture
Probably there's a easier way to do that in Unity, but it was how I find for the JAM
